Online Delivery Policy
This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases. If you require clarification or have any questions please contact our Customer Service Centre on (02) 9684-2921 (9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday).
Proof of Delivery
Proof of delivery (POD) is provided for all goods that are delivered by carrier and is available by request. We accept no responsibility for goods that are received either by the buyer or the person who has signed the POD at the point of delivery, furthermore should instruction be communicated to the carrier that goods are to be left on site or otherwise, we again accept no responsibility for the goods.

The locations we can deliver to may change from time-to-time. Please call our Customer Service Centre to find out if we deliver to your location.
LOCAL DELIVERY: How and when we deliver LOCALLY
All deliveries are made 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday by "webtyre.net" chosen carrier. For orders placed before 4.00pm on a weekday, please allow from the confirmation of dispatch:
- 4-6 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State;
- 5-10 working days for delivery to most large regional towns; and
- 7-14 working days for delivery to other remote locations.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary. Large items (such as tyre fitting machines) require extra handling and may take longer to transport.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy is our priority.
At "webtyre.net" your privacy is our priority. We do not give out information about our customers and your personal details are protected by your user name and password and our secure servers. When you give us your credit card details, they are encrypted for additional security.

Returns & Replacements
Returns Policy for Online Store Purchases
We want you to be totally satisfied with all products purchased from "webtyre.net" Online.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase choose the most convenient option from our Returns Policy below. If you don't know what you should do or how to go about it give us a call on (02) 9684-2921 or email email@example.com and one of our Customer Service team will assist you.
1) Taking it to a "webtyre.net" warehouse. The easiest and quickest way to return your item(s) is to take them to your local "webtyre.net" Store for a replacement or refund or repair along with your copy tax invoice as proof of purchase. The store manager will happily address your concerns and if necessary refund, replace or repair the item. Please ensure you have your copy tax invoice with you as proof of purchase.
2) Sending it back to the Online Store. WE WILL PAY THE RETURN FREIGHT FOR ANY FAULTY ITEMS (I.E. If the Product delivered is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose, does not match the description on the Site or IS covered under warranty from the manufacturer) OR INCORRECTLY FILLED ORDERS ONLY.
To return an item by post or courier please contact us either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org . Let us know your customer order number and your personal details along with which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any fault.
We will happily address your concerns and if necessary email a Returns Authorisation Notice to you. Items returned without a Returns Authorisation Notice cannot be processed.
When you receive this email, simply print out the returns note and place it in your parcel with the item(s) you wish to return. Please package your item(s) securely, using the original outer packaging where possible.
Return by either Post or Courier will depend on the size and weight of the item you wish to return. We will inform you which means is necessary when you contact us about your return. If the item(s) can be returned by post please take to any Postal outlet. Ensure item(s) is securely packaged and labelled with the return address provided on the Returns Authorisation Notice.
